Mushrooms

More mushrooms Cuteness Bebeah

So after much mucking about, I managed to get started at Mt Wilson some time around 11am.

The gardens never disappoint (as always) : all the trees are in colour, the leaves are everywhere and the silence in the air is awe-inspiring. So, short of annoying british tourists who wont shutup about some silly tart who foundĀ  a mushroom (had to tell them where we found a FIELD of the bloody things so they would move on), some prehistoric photographer guy who would set up in a good spot and then wonder around thinking and a bunch of asian kekekekezergrush tourists everything is still at its’ best.

Breenhold garden is quite vast, so perhaps picking a bench and just sitting down unnoticed for an hour would be entirely possible.

The Windyridge garden I particularly wanted to re-visit because I have been there the previous year and wanted to take better photos. The entry is at $9 BUT you get tea/coffee/biscuits and even an umbrella should you need one, THAT is what I call service. Anyhoo, because I was rockin’ a tripod with a beefy lens the owner straight up asked me if i am with theĀ  “photography club” turns out the Castle Hill RSL Photographers Club was visiting and making ruckus in the garden (these boffoons could help but watch other photographers and then scramble to get into the position where you had just been to try and get the same angle shots).

A short time later it was 3pm and much fun was had, it was time to leave this sort of beauty behind:
